The Codura Dashboard is our flagship release, a single product that brings multiple production-ready tools into one coherent interface. Core features include an AI page builder, an AI logo creator, and an AI cognitive assistant that helps with language and content. The Dashboard also provides real-time notifications and an integrated support flow, and is designed so the system can connect with other products and platforms in future updates.

Codura Connect and Account centre

Codura Connect offers company profiles and secure messaging with profile-level settings, while the Account centre provides a consolidated settings panel. Users get profile management, security settings, a notes app, and a private Codura email address (for example, example@codura.co.uk). These features form the core of identity, communication and account management inside the Dashboard.

System Status and ticketing

To support live operations we maintain a System Status page and a ticketing system. The Status page provides visibility into components and incidents, while the ticket system is the primary support channel for customers. Together they enable monitoring, incident response and a clear support workflow for sites running on the platform.
